Her professional background includes advanced training and collaboration with masters from Korea, China, and Japan, deepening her understanding of traditional Asian bodywork, meridian therapy, and holistic healing philosophy.
Inspired by her grandmother’s holistic practice, Meerim developed her healing touch from an early age. Erica is a Licensed massage therapist and has been practicing massage for about 8 years. She graduated from the College of Lake County in 2017. She is well versed in massage styles ranging from traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue work, prenatal and trigger point work. Erica has spent several years working in spa, injury, and physical therapy rehab based clinical settings.
Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Erica always grew up wanting to help people. Erica believes the body is a puzzle and is determined to solve it. She is very passionate about massage therapy and finds great joy in watching her clients leave with ease and a smile
Hailing from sunny southern California, Paul graduated from The New School for Massage in 2013 here in Chicago. Paul comes with previous experience of working in both spa and clinical chiropractor settings, and has worked with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and health conditions. He first discovered his interest in the body while studying theatre, where he was introduced to dance, kinesiology, and Tai Chi. Paul specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, and Sport massage. He is also a Reiki Master, and will be happy to include this energy work upon request. However broad or specific your needs are today, Paul customizes the session for you to provide a worthwhile experience and help you recharge!
Anastasia is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science & Wellness from North Park University and completed her massage certification through Harper College’s Clinical Massage Therapy Program.
