His strong knowledge of anatomy and diverse massage techniques allows him to customize each session to the individual’s needs and goals. His specialties range from targeted sports massage to deeply relaxing full-body treatments.

Erica is a Licensed massage therapist and has been practicing massage for about 8 years. She graduated from the College of Lake County in 2017. She is well versed in massage styles ranging from traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue work, prenatal and trigger point work. Erica has spent several years working in spa, injury, and physical therapy rehab based clinical settings.

Born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Erica always grew up wanting to help people. Erica believes the body is a puzzle and is determined to solve it. She is very passionate about massage therapy and finds great joy in watching her clients leave with ease and a smile

Hailing from sunny southern California, Paul graduated from The New School for Massage in 2013 here in Chicago. Paul comes with previous experience of working in both spa and clinical chiropractor settings, and has worked with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and health conditions. He first discovered his interest in the body while studying theatre, where he was introduced to dance, kinesiology, and Tai Chi. Paul specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, and Sport massage. He is also a Reiki Master, and will be happy to include this energy work upon request. However broad or specific your needs are today, Paul customizes the session for you to provide a worthwhile experience and help you recharge!

Anastasia is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science & Wellness from North Park University and completed her massage certification through Harper College’s Clinical Massage Therapy Program.

Skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, myofascial work, and reflexology, Anastasia also incorporates stretching, joint mobilization, and muscle strengthening to support each client’s goals. Known for her calm presence and intuitive touch, she tailors every session to ensure a personalized and restorative experience that promotes long-term well-being.

She’s a master of various techniques, blending deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point work with soothing relaxation and Swedish massage. Her deep understanding of anatomy and kinesiology drives her to continually explore new methods to alleviate your tension, reduce pain, and enhance your range of motion. Irene is a graduate of the Banner Institute in Chicago and Nationally Certified in Massage Therapy. Her main goal is to see people leave revived, refreshed, and relaxed. With her comforting style and fluid motion she aims to help her clients heal physically and emotionally. Irene is trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including Swedish and Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Reiki, and Prenatal. In her free time, Irene continues to explore new massage techniques to enrich her practice with a current interest in Craniosacral Therapy and Holistic Pulsing Massage. She enjoys drawing from these various modalities to create an individualized experience that will help each client to feel their best.

Joe is a Licensed Aesthetician and graduate of Pivot Point Academy with leadership experience at top skincare brands. Specializing in advanced treatments like Laser Resurfacing, Laser Hair Reduction, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and BBL Photo Facial, he customizes each service to fit individual skin needs. Joe stays current with the latest techniques through ongoing education, ensuring clients receive the most effective and innovative care.

With extensive massage experience, Piotr is well-equipped to cater to his clients’ needs, offering both deep tissue and therapeutic massages. As a former professional soccer player, he intimately understands the challenges associated with pain. Piotr has gained recognition for his remarkable expertise in sports massage, recovery, injury care, prevention, and deep tissue work. Having accumulated over 15 years of experience in Spa and Chiropractic settings, Piotr serves as an invaluable resource to help you unwind, rejuvenate, and regain mobility.

Nathan is a dynamic massage therapist specializing in deep tissue and sports massage. With 11 years of experience, Nathan uses integrative techniques in order to combine modalities, so clients have a holistic wellness experience. He is a born and raised Georgia boy who is passionate about art, fitness, spiritually, and living a balanced lifestyle. Dolores is a 2001 graduate of Cortiva/Chicago School of Massage Therapy and is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She brings to her practice a longtime passion for Wellness, Natural Foods and Lifestyle, with a deep respect for the body’s willingness and ability to return to balance. Her experience ranges from Fitness Club to Wellness Program to Thai Yoga Studio, providing pain relief, pre and post event/workout massages, post surgery scar tissue relief, and relaxation.

Evelin is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the European Massage Therapy School in 2009. She specializes in relaxing massage, deep tissue, sports massage, stretching, mobilization, cupping, and Lomi-Lomi.
