Please use the Forms Tab above to complete/submit your online consent form prior to arriving for your appointment. If it is your first visit to our Spa, all new clients must have an electronic version of the “New” Massage or Skin Care form completed, based on the service you are receiving. On all returning visits, you will simply complete the “Returning” Massage or Skin Care form. A consent form must be completed for each visit.

Pre-Care Waxing Recommendations
• Let hair grow out at least 2-3 weeks, or about 1/4 inch before waxing.
• Exfoliate the areas that will be waxed 1 day before your appointment.
• Do not apply any body lotion on the day of your appointment. The skin needs to be dry and free of any moisturizing products.

Post-Care Waxing Recommendations
• Begin exfoliating the area waxed 48 hrs after appointment to prevent ingrown hairs.
• A warm to cool temperature shower/bath is recommended for the next 24 hours.
• Schedule your next appointment in 4-6 weeks for easy maintenance.

Please arrive freshly showered for all Bikini/Brazilian services • Stay out of the sun/tanning beds 48 hours before & after your waxing appointment

	Men’s Ear Waxing $20 or 200 Points Earned Points: 20 Remove the unwanted and visible ear hair along the outer/inner ridge of the ear cavity. (Both ears included)
	Men’s Nose Waxing $20 or 200 Points Earned Points: 20 Includes Inside/Out of the nostrils
	Men’s Eyebrow Waxing $20 or 200 Points Earned Points: 20 Keep your brows looking neat, groomed, and manly.
	Men’s Underarm Waxing $25 or 250 Points Earned Points: 25 Waxing of both underarms.
	Men’s Chest Waxing $50 or 500 Points Earned Points: 50 Full chest including top of shoulders and just below the waist line
	Men’s Back/Shoulders Wax $75 or 750 Points Earned Points: 75 Complete back and includes top of shoulders and just below the waist line
	Men’s Full Arm Waxing $50 or 500 Points Earned Points: 50 Complete arm wax, from shoulder to hands
	Men’s ½ Arm Waxing $25 or 250 Points Earned Points: 25 1/2 Arm Wax, Usually from shoulder to elbow
	Men’s Full Leg Wax $125 or 1250 Points Earned Points: 125 Complete leg wax, hip to ankle
	Men’s Brazilian Waxing $75 or 750 Points Earned Points: 75 Includes everything inside your bathing suit area (front side and back side), based on your preference. Please arrive freshly showered.
